1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Yoga Joint studio, website, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Billing
All memberships, class packages, and payments are processed through our authorized booking platform. By purchasing a membership or class package, you authorize recurring charges as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
3. Class Policies
Classes are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled at Yoga Joint's discretion. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Yoga Joint reserves the right to limit class sizes for safety and quality purposes.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in yoga, fitness, and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury. By participating in any Yoga Joint class or activity, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Yoga Joint, its owners, employees, and instructors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any medical concerns.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Membership cancellations require written notice as specified in your membership agreement. Refunds are issued at Yoga Joint's sole discretion. Class credits and packages are non-transferable and expire according to their stated terms.
6. Code of Conduct
All members and guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and fellow members. Yoga Joint reserves the right to revoke membership or deny access to any individual who violates this code of conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Yoga Joint website and materials, including logos, text, images, and class formats, are the property of Yoga Joint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Yoga Joint services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
9. SMS Messaging Program
Description of SMS program and messaging use cases: Yoga Joint operates a two-stream SMS program for customers and prospects who voluntarily opt in. Users will receive the following types of SMS messages: (a) transactional messages, including booking confirmations, account notifications, class reminders, schedule changes, and event check-in messages; and (b) promotional messages, including offers, studio events, class launches, and Yoga Joint news.
How to opt in: Check one or both SMS opt-in boxes on any Yoga Joint sign-up form (waitlist, founders rate, kickoff RSVP, event check-in, or quiz). The boxes are not pre-checked and are not required to submit the form.
Instructions to opt-out (Text STOP): To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive a confirmation message.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and the streams you have opted in to. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Yoga Joint cannot guarantee delivery of every message and is not responsible for message delays or failures caused by your carrier.
Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
Yoga Joint reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
