We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. When you sign up to become a customer at a Location or through the Site, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in consent status and timestamp, emergency contact information, and class booking history. We refer to this collectively as "Personal Information."
Payment Information
Payment information (credit card data, billing address) is collected and processed by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
Usage Information
We automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, and timestamps.

SMS Opt-In Details
Mobile phone numbers are collected only when you voluntarily submit one of our forms (waitlist, founders rate, kickoff RSVP, event check-in, or quiz) and explicitly check the SMS opt-in checkbox(es) presented at the time of submission. The opt-in checkboxes are not pre-checked, are not required to submit the form, and are separated by message type.
Message types: Transactional (booking confirmations, account notifications, class reminders) and Promotional (offers, events, studio news). You may opt in to one, both, or neither.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and the streams you have opted in to. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
Message & data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Yoga Joint is not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.
Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email info@theyogajoint.com to be removed.
No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the services we provide (for example, SMS delivery providers acting on our behalf) is limited strictly to what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
